Programs are checked by project management and QC, with additional testing by the client if requested. Online study data are also fully tested via a small number of initial invitations and completed surveys. Phone studies are tested and monitored closely by phone center management and clients.
Data tables, reports and other final deliverables are triple checked by project management, QC and data management.
