We hope that this survey will provide you with valuable information about the many different kinds of survey questions that can be successfully programmed and implemented in FGI’s online surveys. Because this survey is intended as a demonstration, you will encounter questions about a variety of different subjects, which hopefully will make the survey entertaining, as well as informative.

Please use the “next” button to progress to the next page of the survey when you have finished with a page. If you miss a question, you will be prompted on the next screen to answer the question you have omitted. This second screen allows us to ensure that respondents do not miss questions by mistake. It also allows us to offer a “don’t know/prefer not to say” option for respondents who choose not to answer a question without presenting that option on the first screen, which might result in higher non response than would be preferable. You will see these options appear on the second screen only if a question is not answered the first time around.
